When Sydney chef Luke Mangan prepared a pre-wedding State Dinner for Denmark’s Prince Frederik and Princess Mary in May 2004, his menu included Crystal Bay prawns from New South Wales, Northern Territory barramundi, Tasmanian salmon and South Australian kingfish, as well as wines from Tasmania, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria.

Quality produce is for sale in delicatessens and specialist stores, farm gates and at growers’ markets where the producers are more than happy to present their wares. Look for local Australian olive oils, our fantastic range of cheeses, nuts, herbs, relishes, preserves, chutneys, breads and much more.
