Extensive experience
Although Korea is a peninsula and the shipping industry in Korea has been in existence for some time, the concepts of modern admiralty and maritime law are fairly new to Korea. Kim, Shin & Yu has been a pioneer in this field and has played an active role in the development of maritime law in Korea.
